9/14 Town Council Meeting - Recommendations made by Planning Board

At the July 19 Planning Board Meeting, the Planning Board recommended the removal of Sec. 38-132 of the Foster Zoning Ordinance (Official zoning map) and its replacement as an attachment to the Zoning Ordinance with several significant amendments.
