Proposed Zoning Map/Table of Uses Amendments
The Planning Board will be discussing/recommending a Zoning Map amendment and an amendment to the Table of Uses. at its July 19th meeting.
- The Town's current official zoning map can be found at:
- A representation of the Town's current "For Display purposes only" zoning map, produced by RIGIS - 9/9/10 which can also be viewed at the Town Hall can be found in the PDF at the bottom of the page.
- This map may include parcels which have changed zoning districts since 9/9/10.
- The proposed zoning map can be found in the PDF at the bottom of the page.
- The accompanying proposals to amend, remove, and make additions to the Table of Uses will be posted when completed by the Planning Department
These proposals are posted for informational purposes. The proposals listed may be altered due to input from the Planning Board or due to input from the public during open meeting, prior to being voted on by the Town Council.
If the proposal is approved by the Town Council, at a future meeting, the updated zoning map will be included as an attachment to the Zoning Chapter of the Code of Ordinances.
