Comprehensive Plan Update
New Comprehensive Plan Update (2022):
The Planning Department has completed the final draft of the Comprehensive Plan. The Final Draft was approved by the Planning Board August 7, 2022. The Town Council will conduct a public hearing on the adoption of the plan on October 27, 2022. The State of Rhode Island Department of Administration/Division of Statewide Planning formally approved the Foster Comprehensive Plan on December 14, 2023. The final plan is linked below.
