RFP - Construction of Youth Athletic Fields - PHASE 2 Extended

The Town of Foster (the “Town”) is soliciting Proposals to construct Phase 2 of its Youth Athletic Fields. The Town received a grant for the construction of Phase 2 through the Department of Environmental Management’s 2018 Clean Economy and Clean Water Bond program. All construction must meet the specifications of the grant award agreement, the specifications of the RFP herein, and must conform to the specifications of the Crossman Engineering Plan, provided. All RFP submittals must include an estimated date of completion in accordance with all the requirements for completion of Phase 2.  Hereinafter, all references to “Contractor” and/or “respondent” shall mean the individual and/or entity providing a response to this RFP.

This is an extension of the time period from the previous RFP
