Foster Land Trust has been awarded a DEM trails improvement grant to
create three new off road parking areas at three sites and to make repairs
and improvements at two additional sites.

The Foster Land Trust is requesting proposals from interested contractors with
demonstrated experience in site development. All bidders will be provided with
detailed site packages that include a site locator map identifying all five work
areas on a Foster scale map , a Foster plat and lot map for each work area and
a Foster GIS map with overlay of each work area. Bidders will be required to pick
up these packages before contacting Foster Land Trust to schedule the required
site visit Monday thru Thursday, 16 thru 19 May 2020 between 1000 and 1400
hours
Site visits will be to all five work areas conducted for each interested contractor
individually. Foster Land Trustees have clearly marked all areas of work and
improvement on the ground with engineer tape.

All bids are due to Foster Land Trust by 12PM, 9 June 2022.
