Certificate of Recognition

On February 8, 2024, the Town of Foster was awarded a Certificate of Recognition for completing the 2022-2024 Comprehensive Community Plan in partnership with RI Statewide Planning. Grant McGregor, building upon the work of previous town planners and numerous Planning Board members, completed the Comprehensive Plan which received Municipal Approval on January 12, 2023, and received full State approval on December 14, 2023.  The final Comprehensive Plan can be found on the town’s website: townoffoster.com/planning-department.
