The Town of Foster is seeking bids for heating oil for the 2017-2018 winter season for the following town buildings:

Woody Lowden       16 Howard Hill Road              Police Station                183 Howard Hill Road
Town House           181 Howard Hill Road            Ben Eddy Building         6 South Killingly Road
Town Hall               181 Howard Hill Road            Town DPW Garage      86 Foster Center Road

The Town has totaled an average of approximately 7,000 (Seven thousand) gallons over the last 6 (six) months. The Town shall have automatic delivery.

The Town is seeking two choices:

1.  The Town is looking for a “lock-in” price through May 30, 2018.
2.  The Town is also seeking a price per gallon over cost:

Contract may be extended annually by mutual agreement between parties at original contract terms. Bids due 12/12/17 before 5 PM At Foster Town Hall, 181 Howard Hill Rd in sealed envelope with “Heating Oil” on outside of envelope.  Bids opened at 5:01PM on 12/12/17 at Foster Town Hall.
