Cash Assistance/SNAP/Medical Assistance

Application assistance is available by Foster DHS and processed by State DHS Office.

Any State DHS Office can process your application or answer your questions. You no longer are required to only use the Woonsocket Office.

Recertification paperwork must be completed and returned within 10 days of receipt of the notice.  Failure to return this immediately will result in discontinuation of services.
