The Town of Foster, Department of Public Works is requesting proposals for the Following: Route 94 Recreation Field Drainage, Final Grading, Landscaping, Water Holding Tank and Concession – Storage Building PROJECTS. Bid specifications will be available on Thursday, November 10, 2016 at Foster Town Hall, 181 Howard Hill Road, Foster, RI, 02825, Monday through Thursday 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m or online. BID WILL CONTAIN AN ORIGINAL AND FOUR COPIES IN A SEALED ENVELOPE MARKED CLEARLY WITH PROJECT TITLE. All sealed bids must be delivered to the Foster Town Clerk, to be stamped received at the Foster Town Hall, 181 Howard Hill Road, Foster, RI 02825, no later than 3:00 pm on Thursday, December 1, 2016. The bids will be opened at Foster Town Hall on December 1, 2016 @ 3:00 pm and will be awarded at the December 8, 2016 FOSTER TOWN COUNCIL MEETING.

The Town of Foster reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids, or any portion thereof.
