New Planning Department Policy

The Town of Foster Planning Department has instituted a new policy effective Monday, October 23, 2023, to increase office productivity, workflow, to ensure a professional operation, and increase the accuracy of answers to the public’s questions.

The Planning Department will be scheduling workday meetings by appointment only. A meeting must be scheduled at least one day in advance. The person requesting the meeting may send an email to planner@townoffoster.com or call (401) 702-5012 notifying the department of the meeting’s subject matter.

Anyone who has not scheduled a meeting one day in advance will be required to schedule a meeting at a future date after
communicating the subject matter of the meeting.

If the meeting requires anyone else in the office to also attend, the planner will give that person notice a day in advance.
