Strip and Re-roof Town Hall

 The Town of Foster is requesting proposals for removing of existing roof shingles and installing of new 30 year warranty architectural shingles on the Town Hall building. Proper preparation of the roof surface must be done as well as application of ice and water shield. Gutter shields to be installed on existing gutters and any gutters that are not servable will be replaced   

All interested parties must supply copies of work man’s comp and liability insurance and must remained enforced during entire project.

 

References of past projects of this size are required.

Sealed bids must be stamped at the Town Clerks office by 4:00 pm on 9/23/19. Bids must include 1 original and 4 copies.

Bids will be opened on 9/24/19 at 10:30 am at the Town Hall.

The Town of Foster reserves the right to accept of reject any or all bids or any portion thereof.
