Strip and re-roof Town Hall

 The Town of Foster is requesting proposals for the removal of existing roof shingles and installation of new 30 year warranty architectural shingles on the Town Hall building. Proper preparation of the roof surface must be done as well as application of ice and water shield. Gutter shields to be installed on existing gutters. Project is to be started after July 1, 2019 and completed by October 11, 2019.  

All interested parties must supply copies of worker’s comp. and liability insurance, which should cover the entire project until completion.

References of past projects of this size are required.

Sealed bids must be time stamped at the Town Clerk’s office by 4:00 pm on 6/10/2019. Bids must include 1 original and 4 copies.

Bids will be opened on 6/11/19 at 11:00 am at the Town Hall.

The Town of Foster reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids or any portion thereof.
