GENERAL STIPULATIONS AND DETAILED SPECIFICATIONS For RUBBERIZED ASPHALT CHIP SEAL

Questions regarding the specifications should be directed to Gordon Rogers, Director of Public Works by calling (401) 368-6997. The bid award shall be made by the "evaluated method". Evaluation shall be made on the basis of Qualification of the Bidder, Cost, Ability to perform the work in a timely and workmanlike manner, Experience (at least five years in R.I as a State/municipal Rubberized Asphalt Chip Seal vendor), Reputation of the bidder as a contractor in the Town of Foster, and any other criteria the Town Council deems relevant. The Town reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to accept that bid which it deems, in their sole judgment, to be in the best interest of the Town.
