The Town of Foster, Department of Public Works is requesting proposals for WINTER SAND.  Bid specifications will meet ASTM-33 standards  BID WILL CONTAIN AN ORIGINAL AND THREE COPIES IN A SEALED ENVELOPE MARKED CLEARLY WITH PROJECT TITLE.
All sealed bids must be delivered to the Foster Town Clerk, to be stamped received at the Foster Town Hall, 181 Howard Hill Road, Foster, RI 02825, no later than 12:00pm September 20, 2022.

The bids will be opened at the Town Hall at 12:30pm on September 21, 2022 and awarded during the September 22, 2022 FOSTER TOWN COUNCIL MEETING.

The Town of Foster reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids, or any portion thereof.
