The Town of Foster is requesting bid proposals for the HEATING OIL for the fiscal year July 1, 2023 to June 30, 2024 winter season for the following town buildings:

  • Woody Lowden Recreation Center, 16 Howard Hill Road;
  • Police Station, 182 Howard Hill Road;
  • Town House, 181 Howard Hill Road;
  • Benjamin Eddy Building, 6 South Killingly Road;
  • Town Hall, 181 Howard Hill Road,
  • Department of Public Works Garage, 86 Foster Center Road.

The Town’s ESTIMATED usage is 7,000 (seven thousand) gallons.
The Town shall have automatic delivery, and there shall be no minimum purchase requirement.

Bids will be accepted in the Foster Town Hall until 4:00 p.m., June 21, 2023, there and then to be opened. The recommended proposal is subject to the approval of the Town Council.

The Town reserves the right to reject any and all bids or parts of bids, to waive any technicalities, and to accept the bid that in its judgment, best meets the requirements of the Town of Foster.
