The Town of Foster (the “Town”) is soliciting Proposals to provide an Economic Development Strategic Plan summarizing the economic conditions of Foster’s surrounding markets; to identify barriers and opportunities for the expansion of the Town’s commercial tax base; and to provide steps the Town should take to encourage economic development in town while maintaining its rural character per the scope provided below. The Economic Development Strategic Plan will be considered by the Planning Board to be included in future amendments to the Town’s Comprehensive Plan. The selected consultant will report to the Town Planner.
