The Town of Foster is requesting proposals to modify a TT 1990 INTL 4800 4X4 37000GVW 102CA fire truck into an 18,000 lb. capacity lift truck. Bid should also contain an underbody tool box.

The Town of Foster will remove existing fire compartments, water pump and tank.Truck will be presented to winning bidder as cab and chassis. Work must be completed by 11/1/18. Truck can be inspected at the Foster DPW.

  • Bids must received and recorded at the town hall by 9/6/18 at 4:00 p.m. 
  • Bids will be opened on 9/10/18 at 3:00 p.m.
  • Bids will be presented to the council on 9/13/18 at a Town Council meeting which begins at 7:00 p.m.

The Town of Foster reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids, or any portion thereof.
