The Town of Foster is requesting proposals from interested contractors with demonstrated experience in the restoration of historicstructures. All bidders are required to visit the site and take measurements to provide the town with the most accurate estimated cost of work

The town will host a site visit at 12 PM-2PM, Wednesday, May 11, 2022. All interested are welcome to view the work, ask questions and take measurements. If interested parties cannot attend the site visit then the Town House will be open by appointment.             All questions are due by 12PM, Wednesday May 18, 2022.

All bids are due to the Planning Office, 181 Howard Hill Road, Foster, RI by 12PM, Wednesday, June 1, 2022

All bids must be accompanied by an estimated time schedule and completion date.
