Request for Proposals

The Town of Foster Police Department Building Committee is requesting proposals for Site Survey services for a parcel that may house a new Police Department Building. Bid specifications are available on Thursday, February 14, 2018 at Foster Town Hall, 181 Howard Hill Road, Foster, RI, 02825, Monday thru Thursday 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

A schedule of bid activities is provided within the bid specification packet.

TO OBTAIN A BID SPECIFICATION PACKET YOU MUST FILL OUT THE FORM BELOW.

BID PROPOSAL WILL CONTAIN AN ORIGINAL AND THREE COPIES IN A SEALED ENVELOPE MARKED CLEARLY WITH THE PROJECT TITLE.

All sealed bids must be delivered to the Foster Town Clerk, to be stamped received at the Foster Town Hall, 181 Howard Hill Road, Foster, RI 02825, no later than 3:00 pm on Thursday, March 8, 2018. The bids will be opened at the March 15, 2018, Police Department Building Committee meeting at 6:30 p.m. at the Benjamin Eddy Building, 6 South Killingly Road, Foster, RI.

The Town of Foster reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids, or any portion thereof.
