PLANNING CONSULTANT SERVICES: NATURAL HAZARD MITIGATION PLAN UPDATE
REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL
The Town of Foster through the Planning Department is soliciting Proposals from qualified consultants interested in providing services to assist the Town with the completion of tasks as part of the development of a FEMA-approved municipal Natural Hazard Mitigation Plan update in accordance with the latest FEMA requirements. Proposal specifications will be available on Thursday, September 21, 2023 at Foster Town Hall, 181 Howard Hill Road, Foster RI 02825, Monday thru Thursday 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. or the Town of Foster website www.townoffoster.com/planning-department.
In total, three (3) bound copies of the Proposals, including attachments, are required. The envelope in which the Proposals are delivered must be clearly labeled on the outside with the Respondent's name and the project identification, “Town of Foster: Natural Hazard Mitigation Plan Update.”

All sealed Proposals must be delivered to the Foster Town Clerk, to be stamped and received at the Foster Town Hall, 181 Howard Hill Road, Foster, RI 02825, no later than 1:00 p.m. on Tuesday, October 10, 2023. The Proposals will be opened in the Finance Office at FOSTER TOWN HALL, October 10, 2023 @ 1:00 p.m. and is expected to be awarded at the October 12, 2023 FOSTER TOWN COUNCIL MEETING.
The Town reserves the right to reject all firms, decline to proceed with selection of any candidates, to request additional information, and to make inquiries as may be necessary to verify qualifications
