REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS

The Town of Foster, Department of Public Works is requesting proposals for Johnson Road. Culvert Head Wall Replacement Project.  Bid specifications will be available on Monday, June 10, 2019, on the Town of Foster Web Site @ www.townoffoster.com/bids. BID WILL CONTAIN AN ORIGINAL AND FOUR COPIES IN A SEALED ENVELOPE MARKED CLEARLY WITH PROJECT TITLE.  All sealed bids must be delivered to the Foster Town Clerk, to be stamped “received” at the Foster Town Hall, 181 Howard Hill Road, Foster, RI 02825, no later than 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday, July 9, 2019. The bids will be opened at 9 a.m. on July 10, 2019, at the FOSTER TOWN HALL and will be awarded at the July 11, 2019, FOSTER TOWN COUNCIL MEETING.

The Town of Foster reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids, or any portion thereof.
