 The Town of Foster is requesting proposals for the exterior painting of the Town Hall building. Proper surface prep including power washing and scraping must be accomplished. Areas that are down to bare wood must be primed with appropriate primer.  A high quality 100 % acrylic paint is required for the finish coat. Color will be white.

 

All interested parties must supply copies of work man’s comp and liability insurance and must remained enforced during entire project.

References of past projects of this size are required.

Sealed bids must be stamped at the Town Clerks office by 4:00 pm on 9/23/19. Bids must include 1 original and 4 copies.

Bids will be opened on 9/24/19 at 10:15 am at the Town Hall.

The Town of Foster reserves the right to accept of reject any or all bids or any portion thereof.
