Exterior painting of the Town Hall

 The Town of Foster is requesting proposals for the exterior painting of the Town Hall building. Proper surface prep including power washing and scraping must be included in the bid. Areas that are down to bare wood must be primed with appropriate primer.  A high quality 100 % acrylic paint is required for the finish coat. Color will be white.

 Job should be bid in two phases. Phase one is the front of the building and west facing side to be started in June 2019. Second phase is the rest of the building to start after July 1 2019.

All interested parties must supply copies of worker’s comp and liability insurance, which should cover the entire project until completion.

Sealed bids must be time stamped at the Town Clerk’s office by 4:00 pm on 6/10/19. Bids must include 1 original and 4 copies.

Bids will be opened on 6/11/19 at 10:15 am at the Town Hall.

The Town of Foster reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids or any portion thereof.
