The Town of Scituate has assumed duties for all Animal Control complaints and other issues. You can report an animal complaint by calling the Foster Police Department at 401-397-3317. Your call will be directed to the appropriate personnel.
If you are reporting an emergency please advise the dispatcher at the time of your call.
If someone locates your animal and reports it to us, we will contact you.
If Animal Control picks up your canine/feline or it is turned in it will be transported to the Scituate Animal Shelter at 106 George Washington Hwy, Clayville, RI 02815. The Scituate Animal Shelter can be reached by phone at (401) 647-7200. The owner is repsonsible for any transportation and boarding fees.
