The Tax Assessor's Office is a part of the Finance Department. They are responsible for the valuation of all property in town and maintenance of all real estate transfers and personal exemptions available to the taxpayers. Information regarding all properties is available in the office. The last revaluation of all property was completed as of December 31, 2008, for the 2009 tax roll. All subsequent assessments reflect values as of that date.
