Traveling North on Route 95:  Take exit 14B (Route 37 west). Travel west on route 37 to exit 2A South (Oaklawn-Route 2 South). On Route 2 South, at the first stoplight turn left onto Howard Avenue. First entrance on left is parking lot for RITT.

Traveling South on Route 95:  Take exit 14B (Route 37 west). Stay to right onto Route 37 to exit 2A south (Oaklawn-Route 2 south). On Route 2 south at the first stoplight turn left onto Howard Avenue. First entrance on left is parking lot for RITT.

Superior Court

250 Benefit St, Providence, RI 02903

From Foster:  Follow Rt6 to Rt295 south. Take first exit off Rt295 (Rt6) head into Providence. Exit onto the Rt95 South ramp, follow Rt95 South until the merge with Rt195 east. (Get into the left lanes to merge onto Rt195.). Follow Rt195 east and exit at the Wickenden Street Exit. At the bottom of the exit bear to the left. At the traffic light take a left-hand turn. (There will be two lanes of travel when you turn left.  Follow the lanes on the right side of the road). Continue until you come to a traffic light. You will be facing Benefit Street straight ahead of you. When the light turns green go straight. You are now on Benefit Street. Follow Benefit Street for several blocks and you will see the Superior Court on the left.

Sixth Division District Court

From Foster:  Follow Rt6 to Rt295 south. Take first exit off Rt295 (Rt6) head into Providence. Exit onto the Rt95 South ramp, follow Rt95 South until the merge with Rt195 east. (Get into the left lanes to merge onto Rt195). Take exit 1 on Rt195. Follow the exit ramp along the Providence River. Take the first left (approx. .3 miles from the exit). At the stop sign take the first right onto Friendship Street. The Sixth District Court will be straight ahead of you and to the right.

Third Division District Court

Leighton Judicial Complex, 222 Quaker Ln, Warwick, RI 02886

From Foster:  Follow Rt6 to Rt295 south to Rt.95 south. Exit 10B to Route 117 West. Travel 117 West to Quaker Lane (past YMCA and Kmart). Take a left onto Quaker Lane. Leighton Judicial Complex is up the hill and on the left. There are signs on 117 and also at the intersection of 117 and Quaker Lane. Parking is in the lower lot.

Note:  Town of Foster cases are transitioning from Sixth Division District Court in Providence to Third Division District Court in Warwick. New arrests are being handled in Warwick, older, existing, cases are still being handled in Providence.
