Location: Hemlock Village - Community Room
Flu Clinic - November 5, 2008 from 10am to 12 noon at the Hemlock Village - Community Room, which is in the "B" building of the complex. Open to all - 18 years and older. The vaccine is covered by Medicare Part B, RI Blue Cross, United Health and Blue Chip Senior; otherwise the cost is $25. Please bring your healthcare card with you.
