The Town of Foster is accepting proposals for the following items:

1) the purchase and installation of energy efficiency windows for two town buildings;
2) insulation for the DPW garage;
3) a furnace for a town building.

The specifications for each proposal will be available from the Town
Clerk’s Office, 181 Howard Hill Road, Foster, RI starting Monday, June
21, 2010 at 8:30 a.m., and all proposals must be returned to the Town
Clerk’s Office on or before Thursday, July 8, 2010 by 5:00 p.m. The
proposals must be in a sealed envelope and there must be three copies of each proposal. All proposals will be opened at the Town Council meeting on July 8, 2010 at 7:00 p.m., and awarded on or before July 22, 2010.

1) Roof for Northwest Education Building

The Town of Foster, RI, requests sealed bids for the
replacement of the roof at the Northwest Education Building,
located at 23 Theodore Foster Dr., Foster, RI. Bids are to be
received in the Town Clerk’s Office, 181 Howard Hill Rd,
Foster, RI, no later than 5:00 p.m. on Thursday, July 22, 2010.
Opening of the bids will take place at the Town Council
Meeting in the Foster Town House on Thursday, July 22, 2010
at 7:00 p.m., 181 Howard Hill Road. The bid will be awarded
no later than Thursday August 12, 2010. Bid specifications are
available at the Foster Town Clerk’s Office Monday –
Thursday from 8:30 a.m. – 5:30 p.m., starting on July 6, 2010.
No bids will be accepted after 5:00 p.m. on Thursday July 22,
2010. The proposals must be in a sealed envelope and there
